La olla eléctrica para fermentar ajo negro es de fácil uso y totalmente automática. Durante el proceso emana un olor a ajo, por lo que recomiendo que la utilicen en un espacio abierto con techo. Le caben aproximadamente 24 ajos grandes. La recomiendo.
