Impressive
I couldn't find my favorite variety of tomato plant at any nearby nursery, so I decided to try growing the plants from seed. I sowed 20 seeds and 18 germinated. Impressive results. The plants flourished and grew strong. I planted out four in my garden and had plenty to pass along to friends and family. Juliet is a wonderful snacking tomato and addition to any salad all summer long. I can hardly wait for the first ones to ripen (around late june/early July in our area). I can't speak about the flavor yet because none have ripened but the fruits look the same and thevplants are growing like the Juliets I've been growing annually for the past 25+ years. This variety is a staple in my summer veggie garden.

I Love This f-1 Hybrid Tomato
For the past three years I have purchased started plants of the "Juliet Grape Tomato". Now I am going to try the plant from purchased seed. (CAUTION: Since it is a f-1 hybrid saved seed will NOT produce true Juliet plants!) The Juliet f-1 hybrid tomato is about as fool proof as a Model A Ford. It freezes whole well for winter use in soups and stews. It cuts in half easily and then dehydrates excellent for "Sun Dried" tomatoes, placed into baggies they literally keep for years in the freezer or refrigerator. If halved and the seeds scooped out, then sprinkled with salt and a little olive oil, then placed into a roasting pan and roasted until they have a slight brown on the skins, then processed in a food processor they make a wonderful rich tomato paste. Better than any one can buy. I also eat them fresh. So Yes, I love the Juliet Tomato. By the way: The Juliet f-1 hybrid. Was developed by the "Known-You Seed Co., Ltd." a company that has been responsible for a large number of excellent hybrids.==========UP-DATE: April 26, 2014:I received 20 seeds, or at least what appeared to be 20 seeds, as they are very small. I started them one each to a jiffy expanding peat pellets. I had 19 germinate and have 19 strong plants which (18 days later) all have at least 4 true leaves showing and are all strong and healthy. So I had a excellent germination and young plant survival rate.=============UP-DATE: July 10, 2014:I purchased the seeds from an Amazon seller named "Seeds & Things". The seeds they sent have NOT grown Juliet plants. As we all know the Juliet is an AAS winning patented F-1 Hybrid tomato, and will never grow true to form from seed taken from a Juliet fruit. It was developed by the Known-You Seed Co., Ltd. The plants I have grown from the seed provided by "Seeds & Things" half are making a round tomato that looks similar to a modest sized 'Early Girl' and the remainder are making tomatoes similar in size to a 'San Marzano' or perhaps a 'Roma'. I guess the term 'Buyer Beware' really applies in this case. My hopes for a large harvest of Juliet tomatoes has been destroyed by a foolish seller who I suspect saved seeds from some store bought Juliet fruits and then dried the seeds and sold them on Amazon.

NOT JULIET!
I've been growing Juliet grape tomatoes exclusively for 13 years. This is the first time I have purchased seeds from Amazon/Hirt's Gardens. I normally buy from Johnny Seeds, but they were sold out when I was buying my seeds last year. These are absolutely NOT Juliet tomatoes. They are about 2" in diameter--bigger than a cherry tomato, but still small. I have no clue what I'm growing, but I'm really missing my Juliets this year. Putting in all that time and effort to grow these from seed and then not getting what I thought I planted is extremely disappointing! If you want Juliet tomato seeds, don't buy them here!

These were not Juliet tomatoes.
Was very disappointed that these were not the Juliet variety of tomatoes. Whatever they were, they did grow and so far did not succumb to blight but they are not anywhere near as productive as Juliet. They are a cherry style or slightly larger than a cherry tomato. The flavor is good, not great. Production though is not enough to eat fresh with extra left for canning.

I suspect these are hybrids and collectied seeds maybe not good
Seeds the weakest I have ever seen, I suspect seeds collected from a hybrid plant are not the best. The are puny, weak, take for ever to grow, are as likely to grow as die. Planted in multiple places, small raised bed the best, don't know if these are plants from last years tomatoes I buried, will only know if they produce.

Mystery Seeds
I grew these tiny seeds into 5’ plants. Yes, I got tomatoes from them, but as you can see from the photo they are not Juliet tomatoes. They are perfectly round, very average tomatoes of unknown variety. I am super disappointed that after all that work I will not get the tomatoes that I wanted, but I guess that is why you buy from the seed company and not Amazon, right? Lesson learned.

Not sure these are true Juliet grape tomatoes!
This is the first year I could not find Juliet tomato plants locally - so I ordered these seeds and planted (late). The plants are now setting clusters of green tomatoes - but they are not elongated like Juliets should be. I'm thinking the seeds are wrong or they were saved from Juliet - which is a hybrid -- so seeds would not produce true Juliet tomatoes. I am hoping I'll get a nice surprise and that whatever these are, they taste good and hold up like Juliets.

Not Juliette tomatoes
These seeds grew well, but they are definitely not Juliette. Gave them 2 stars because they did grow well and we have some little perfectly round red tomatoes.... just not the Juliette’s we were expecting.
