My Sjogrens dries my skin terribly, plus we live in the Rockies which is also quite drying. This lotion has eliminated the pain that I was having on my legs and inner arms from dryness which I think is spectacular. But my hands really look better! I am actually stunned by the difference in just about three weeks. Wish I had thought to take a picture, but I do think it has taken 5-8 years off of my hands.I like the way it feels going on and appreciate the lack of heavy fragrance. I use it immediately after showering and before bed plus whenever my hands are washed and need a bit of refreshing. I am reordering this week, we will not run out.
