Not for waffle fries
Waffle fry cuts are too thin. Not sure about other cutting blades because I only got this to cut waffle fries. Also was awkward holding the slicer at an angle and then moving the potato up and down the slicer. The potato I used was too thick for the guide. Blade are sharp though.
