I only received this yesterday and I’m already so impressed. I have new, light colored hardwood floors that show everything. The other mops and sweepers I was using just weren’t doing a good job. I was excited to try this. A few things to note- I let it charge overnight before using for the first time. Battery life seemed good, I was able to do my whole kitchen and butlers pantry on a single charge. I have a cane corso mastiff. She’s a drooly monster. I noticed that her drool spots were like glue on the floor, and cleaned best with a pre-treatment. I just sprayed them with a little floor cleaner before I started. By the time I got to those spots with the Tineco, they cleaned easily. Some spots are a little more stubborn than others, I just made a few slow passes. Don’t expect to fly through your cleaning with this- I made measured, even passes and didn’t rush. It worked great. I had vacuumed the day before, so I didn’t have a lot of debris on the floor. I liked the lack of smell. Other products left my house smelling floral or a strong cleaner smell. This didn’t really leave any lingering scent. I was super impressed when I emptied the dirty water tank- the water was DIRTY, despite me having cleaned my floors a few days before with my other mop. This seemed to pick up everything. Tank was easy to clean. I finished with the self cleaning mode. It did the job! The brush was clean and the tank was full of all the debris it removed. Now it’s clean and ready for next time. Overall I’m really happy with this wet dry vacuum. It seems well built, and I thought the price was absolutely appropriate. I recommend!

I'm so happy. I spent an ungodly amount of time reading about every wet dry vac on the market and I settled on this one and I'm sincerely so happy. I have a 1600sqft condo, 2 cats, 2 adults, and a new puppy that was half potty trained and came from a rescue with giardia and other intestinal parasite issues. He has done an absolute number on our floors and in order to eradicate the giardia and other parasites, we have had to clean our place daily. Top to bottom we need to ensure every surface the new puppy touches gets cleaned. He is primarily able to access about 1000sqft of our whole place, and I run this thing daily, sometimes twice a day, depending on what life brings us. I've only had it a couple weeks, but it's a godsend. One of my cats is a double coat short hair, which means in spring, aka right now, she sheds her undercoat and it is another level of fur. We're talking full on tumbleweeds of fur appearing within a couple days every day despite ample brushing. My other cat is quite fond of the new puppy, but we have to have a religious cleaning ritual for everyone in the house to ensure the new pup doesn't pass all his issues on to the cats. This machine has made my life infinitely better, allowing me to vacuum and mop the entire main floor and bedroom every day on a single battery charge. I clean out the dirty water tank every evening and refill the washer fluid and water for the morning. It is unbelievably nice to be able to walk our wntire place barefoot every day and never get eacaped litter stuck to our toes or end up with black bottom feet by the evening. It's light weight so it's not difficult for me to carry up and down our stairs, the design of the water tanks is very straightforward to understand, remove and clean. The batter life is plenty for me to do my entire place on a single charge. Between 3 fluffy guys and two adult women who also shed plenty of hair, I am BEYOND impressed with the vacuum ability alongside the overall mopping feature. For the first few times I ran it, I was shocked at how grey/black the dirty water was so at one point I ran it multiple times in the same area just to ensure water would eventually run clean, and it did. My floors were just simply THAT dirty before I got this thing. I feel exceedingly better about the cleanliness of my home now that I have this and run it so often. I'll be sure to update if anything changes, but right now, this is long of my home and I'm so so so pleased with my selection.

Excellent product- you will be so glad you purchased it. Cleans and dries quickly. Super easy to use and so happy my sister-in-law turned me onto it. If you have dogs with muddy paws this is the item for you.

This floor cleaner works very well. I am using it on genuine brick (smooth/flat), wood, tile, and vinyl. It even does a good job of surface cleaning on low-pile rugs. Maneuverability is excellent. It is easy to clean the components and the self-cleaning function for the roller is great. The only downside is the battery, with ~25 minutes of run time and 4 HOURS to recharge. With a home full of hard floors, you won't be able to clean them all in one day. I deducted one star for that. IMO, its noise level and frequency warrant earplugs (but I am fanatical about protecting my hearing). Otherwise, I love it. I no longer dread cleaning hard floors!

I love Tineco wet dry vacuums! I had the model 3 previously and it has worked well for several years now and is still going. My reason for purchasing a new one was to get closer to the edges and having the continual clean so there is no dirty water residue left when I turn the vacuum off. I wish the base of the 5 came with a place to hold extra filters/brush rollers like my 3 did. Other than that, I love the ease of operation and love that I can vacuum and mop my house in one step--I hate sweeping! We have a large house with lots of hard floor and this can do it all easily in one charge. It is also self propelled so vacuuming is a cinch!

I always dreaded having to thoroughly vacuum my floors and then mop. In fact, I often paid a housekeeper for just this reason. I've been using the Tineco Floor ONE and I couldn't be happier with it. It does a great job of the vacuum/mop in one pass. (Exceptions are picking up larger food pieces, e.g., nuts, and getting up gummy items in one go.) While i keep the same mop roller in the entire time, it delivers fresh water throughout. There is an extra roller that comes with the item, so I guess you could change it or run the self-cleaning cycle mid-way if you want even more cleanliness. I find I usually have to empty the dirty water bin and refill the clean water bin during cleaning my about 1,500 sq ft of hardwood and tile floor. The machine verbally tells you when it is necessary to do so, so there's no guessing. It also tells you when you turn the machine off, to remember to empty the dirty water bin and to put the machine in self-cleaning mode so that the roller gets washed and dried, and you don't want to skip this as it will smell. This is done with a push of a button. It is easy to fill the bin with clean water and the solution they provide, and to empty the dirty water bin. I purchased a laundry room sink drain/filter because I found that so much gunk had to be emptied with the dirty water that it was clogging the drain. By the end of the cleaning, I find that the battery has pretty much drained, sometimes requiring a short charge to complete the roller cleaning. If I use the max clean much it will drain the battery before I finish, meaning I take a break and recharge it for maybe a half hour in order to complete the task. There is a clearly visible indicator showing how much power is left and if it runs out it will tell you it is low and should be recharged. There really is nothing to have to "figure out" when you use the vac/mop as it tells you what to do along the way. If there is any "I wish" it would be that the battery lasted a little longer. It really isn't a problem though. I have used the Tineco for about six months now and I couldn't be happier with it. I recommend it without hesitation. I also have a Tineco cordless vac which is great.

As someone with ADHD who was overwhelmed with the thought of vacuuming, emptying the vacuum, preparing the mop water, mopping, cleaning the mop... this has been a game changer! Being able to complete two tasks at once, with such ease, has resulted in me actually cleaning my floors way more regularly than I did before. I have seen a couple comments about the lines that are left behind. I noticed these at first too, but have learned that if you run the roller through a self cleaning cycle prior to starting, the lines do not appear. I assume it has something to do with ensuring the roller is fulling saturated. I am so glad I found this and you will be too!

This vacuum is actually amazing but it does have defects. First of all, I returned this purchase once and for all. I had received this as a gift a few years ago and within weeks the clean water tank cracked, where the little yellow rubber seal is (from within) we don’t know how. Per Chat, it’s a known issue. Especially when using slightly hot water or when the tank gets bumped with use. This shouldn’t have happened within weeks, making it seem like a manufacturer issue which was ok because the brand fixed this for us. Fast forward to now, I order this one because my other one finally kicked the bucket and the shipment is lost. Never gets delivered and it was not until 10 days later that I could get a replacement. Replacement arrives… used. I return it, and then the refund was delayed. So 2 painful months later I am here writing this :). There seems to be an issue with conflict-resolution with this brand. Now onto the cleaning aspect, it’s great. It cuts my cleaning time in half because with this I vacuumed areas where I knew there was traffic and then used the mop function to go over everything several times. The design is nice, and the battery lasts long, it was perfect for my floor however I didn’t love the force it pushed with. Maybe this was the reason for my tank cracking, or maybe not. But sometimes the vacuum pulled too strongly, driving itself into the wall or even into my foot. These are definitely a hit or miss, but they are worth the try. I liked mine and I’m considering purchasing another one day.

Ok, this product is amazing. The solution smells nice. The floors look clean. It’s easy to use, easy to clean, and it is satisfying to get a lengthy chore done with ease. I HATE mopping. Hate it. My husband used to do it monthly because that’s how often we could manage it. Now our tineco is used multiple times a week, with excitement to get our floors tidied. It’s also nice not to stress as much when the kids spill - life happens! Love being able to enjoy my least favourite chore now. Also, the charging dock is okay… not great, but it’s really just a plastic base with a plug. When I’m mopping, I often have to do multiple passes when something is more difficult to remove. My house is about 1500sqft and one charge does it all!

Extremely happy with my Tineco vacuum and mop. It has made cleaning the floors so much easier and faster. I love that it vacuum-cleans and mops at the same time, leaving the floor genuinely clean without having to do two separate jobs.
