Mountain Warehouse Adventurer Womens Waterproof Hiking Boots - Walking Shoes

My original order got lost in transit (thanks FedEx, hate them lol), but I messaged the seller as soon as I was aware of the loss and they were quick to respond. So very apologetic on behalf of FedEx, and for my dismay with the delay. They confirmed with me that I still wanted the boots (I ordered another from a different company so I could try a couple of options), and they shipped them out the next day. Within the week I received the replacement boots. Outstanding customer service, and excellent communication! About the boots, I ordered the bluish grey ones with the coral details, and when I say the item image is exactly what you get.... I don't think I've ever really seem colors that match EXACTLY as the Amazon image presented 😂 I mean it's exact. And I LOVE the color combination. I was concerned about ANY boot fitting too tightly around my foot (I have wide feet), but these actually fit perfectly for wide feet, so that's another big win. I wear a 7 and the 7 got me perfectly, so also true to size. As with most new shoes, I was expecting some amount of discomfort in the initial wear until I got them broken in, but I've just walked a local bridge in 94° with 76% humidity using wool socks for about 2 miles and my feet don't hurt in the slightest. I bought these for an upcoming trip out to Grand Canyon, Zion, Bryce, Arches, Canyonlands, etc, and I'm really excited to have found a pair of hiking boots that fit well and didn't break the bank. Thank you so much!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE A NOVICE HIKER (I've done quite a bit of hiking and backpacking through Torres del Paine, Appalachian trails, canyons, etc, these are the most comfortable boots I've ever owned).

I ordered this product for the price point along with the amount of stars. Once ordered I read through the reviews and was nervous for them to fit and also the quality. I AM SO PLEASED with not only the quality of the boots but also how comfortable they are! I am typically a size 8, which is what I ordered and they fit PERFECT. They are very lightweight and comfortable! The quality is great especially considering the price, I am very happy with them. The color is as expected as well. I look forward to many hikes with these boots! Definitely recommend! :)

This boot/shoe is about 50/50 for me after a couple of weeks of being on my feet all day with them on (working at a zoo). Pros: They are very water resistant, lighter for a boot, feel good if not walking on very rocky/sharp bumpy surfaces. Also, if you have any critters that bite the shoes/ankles, this also protects them well without be steel-toed heavy shoes. Cons: I felt every little rock/bump until I inserted regular store bought Dr. Scholl's inserts, which did the trick! But at the end of just 7 hours on my feet, my outside pinky toe area/foot are constantly rubbed to blister or very raw. I've never needed a wide shoe and I don't feel like the shoe is tight at all (or too loose). But when I wear them more than 7 hours that pinky toe area is almost unbearable and I've never had this with any other hiking shoe or boot. So, maybe it's just me? But this is the first time I've encountered this with a hiking shoe/boot. The Dr. Scholl's inserts were a great modification and now I don't feel any uneven suface through the bottom.

These waterproof were a last minute purchase before a week of fishing in the Canadian Bush. I had rain boots, but saw these and took a chance on these since they would arrive the day before I departed. WOW! They were a perfect fit. I did not have to wear them for several days to break them in; they were ready to go. I wore them fishing for over 8 hours for 5 days straight and my feet never got wet nor did I have any pain. I was first attracted to them because of the price, but expected them to be somewhat cheaply made. I was wrong about that as well. As long as you are not going to be in water over the boots, the are 100% waterproof. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a stylish waterproof boot. The only downside I could see is the width. A previous review said they ran wide. I have long narrow feet, so they were a little on the wide side, but did not make that much difference to me at all.

I got these boots about one year ago. I was a brand new hiker. I didn’t want anything too expensive because I didn’t even know if I would like hiking. I hike on average twice a month 4-8 miles in the dry Arizona desert/mountains. Within 3 months I had to replace the laces and within the year they have completely fallen apart. However, They did the job I bought them for as a decent pair of boots for a beginner. They were comfortable and sturdy. These are not a boot for someone who hikes a lot or someone looking for a boot to hold up for more than 6 months to a year. But they are decent for someone just starting out.

After having these boots for ~6months I'm disappointed to report that one of the upper eyelets/hooks broke, mid-hike no less. I've taken probably 5-10 hikes in total and wore the shoes for two or three light yardwork projects. A few more months have passed, they are starting to really weaken from use, they do not keep my feet dry when walking through grass with dew on it. I unfortunately need to replace them less than a year after buying them. If you do not want them for actual hiking/use, they were a nice looking boot. --- previous---- I'm reg. a 7.5 ordered an 8 and am happy with the fit, especially the width. Overall, nice boot for the price. The pair needed some breaking in and padded insoles. Only complaint is that my feet slide down into the front of the shoe when hiking down steep inclines, even when tightly laced. Used mostly for 2-3 hour moderate hikes and yard work.

I love that they are waterproof so can be used in snow, with good socks I didn't feel any cold in my feet (and I was in -1°F)even playing in very deep snow. They are fashionable too, I loved the gray. The fit was perfect. I had to wear them a couple of days before my trip just to get used to the high anckle(I usually wear running shoes, not hicking boots) but they are very confortable. I am very glad I bought them for the snow trip and to continue to wear them.

Unfortunately they did not fit, and the company, not Amazon does not offer an exchange, in fact to return them for a refund it would have cost me$6.00 but Amazon is an amazing company and worked with me so I didn't have to pay to be refunded. So my advice is order a 1 size larger, if that doesn't fit then talk with Amazon about a refund that might be able to help waive a fee. I personally loved the shoes but after the ordeal I went through realizing the company is sketchy I will not buy from them again.

Wore to a family members farm as couldn't find wellies that fit quick enough. Boots were water proof and handled rough terrain and mud very very well. They were comfortable to wear even with wide feet, minor rubbing on toes as to be expected with most new boots so just preemptively wore a plaster on the toes and had no blisters at all with a full weekend of wear. Good foot support too, I have plantar facsiitis and has no aches or pains from wearing them. They washed really easily after use and will probably use them for more walks during the winter too.

Chaussures reçues ce jour, dans un emballage propre et opaque. Elles sont rigides. On se sent à l'aise. J'ai marché toute l'après midi avec, et je n'ai pas une seule ampoule et aucunes douleurs. Commandé en taille 38, j'ai encore de la place . Les pieds ne sont pas serrés. Les lacets sont assez longs. Et elles font un beau pieds sans être trop "mastoc". Une belle chaussure pour une Femme. A voir à l'usure. Pour marché sur tous terrain. Idéal pour les chevilles fragiles. Très bon maintien. Je recommande ces chaussures ainsi que ce vendeur Bon rapport qualité prix!

La talla se ajusta muy bien (quizás un poquito mas grandes). Las usé para hacer excursiones en la nieve y son totalmente impermeables, bastante ligeras y muy comodas. Las recomiendo.
