I would definitely purchase another Ella Bella curling iron again. I was looking for a bigger sized curling iron with ceramic plates to use with my extensions without breaking the bank. The curling iron arrived in a nice pink box. It came with a heat protectant mat which also serves as a traveling case. And a glove. The curling iron is sleek and is easy to use. Just twist the barrel handle to your desired setting. The curling iron heats up quickly for fast use. The rod handle is wide for an easier grip and control of the curling iron. The ceramic iron quality is great! It doesn’t burn my hair or leaves my hair smelling burnt. I registered the curling iron for the 2 year warranty and someone from customer service contacted me directly via my phone. Today, I received a follow up text from the Ella Bella (Ruth) to check in and see how I am enjoying their product. I will also add, I did have a general question about the mat and travel case when I first received the curling iron. I was able to text customer service and receive a response almost immediately! Overall review, this is a quality curling iron for the price and works well, if not better than the expensive brands. Customer service is top notch!

This is a great curling iron! It heats up to just the right temperature and because it's ceramic, doesn't damage my hair. It's easy to handle and the curls are gorgeous! The automatic shut off is a bonus, especially for someone like me that can be forgetful at times. I would definitely recommend this item!

The perfect curling iron!! I am in my 30s and just now learning to curl my hair (embarrassing) but I have loved this! It seems high-quality and comes with a heat protector for surfaces and a glove for us novices. Easy to use and customer service was great.
