Vetzyme Antibacterial Ear Drops & Cleanser

I love these drops. My cockapoo has repeat ear infections (particularly in the left ear)! Not mites, just yeast infection. I have tried multiple different antibacterial formulas and they haven't worked and have not relieved the itching, head shaking and smell. After the first two applications (2-4 small drops, twice per day - easy to use pipette), my dog shaked her head less. 3 days in, less scratching, and the smell was gone. We're now over a week and she doesn't have the brown discharge, her ears are no longer read or sore, the head shaking has stopped and so has her itching her ears. Will happily re-purchase. Great product and really worth the cost as I spent more on the other two products that I used beforehand that didn't work.

My labradoodle has suffered for years on and off with ear infections, itchy ears, shaking his head etc. Went to vet and they charged me £50 for consultation then a further £50 for canural antibacterial drops. Yes it worked after two weeks twice a day, but after a few months ear problems recurred. Went to vets again and they said same thing, this time however, I asked for a prescription as I found canural online for £13!! Vets are such a rip off. Again this worked but a few months later, ears started again. So I tried this....and after only two days and actual improvement!!!! Twice a day about four drops in each ear and his head shaking and face wiping has stopped. It smells of tea tree oil which is nice. Fairly easy to use, I learned to test the dropper and how much I needed first in the bottle so I knew how much to administer. You can use it as a ear cleaner or drops straight in ears. I can honestly say this has been an absolute game changer! I am not sure of it will work for every dog but I am so pleased I have found something that does!! I would highly recommend. And I will be buying more

Excellent! After 3-4 treatments the dogs both stopped scratching their ears and shaking them constantly. You’ll know when you get the liquid on your hands too! Has its own strong smell. DOES NOT come with an applicator, which is REALLY annoying - would have been 5 stars if it had

Good price and worked well,liked the “dropper” So much better than the plastic bottles that you need to squeeze. Cleared up my cats ears perfectly.

Used on my pooch who suffers often with extremely itchy ears to the point she needs Steroids (not cheap) from the Vet. She ends up with horrendous black gunk in her ears. I purchased these as I couldn't get her to the vets and wanted something to ease her itching and incessant head shaking (poor pooch) these have saved my hundreds of pounds. Literally used them as instructed once received and honest to God the next morning her ears had cleared up completely, the speed that they worked was amazing. Quality drops easy to use, using steroids usually takes a good few few days to work. But these were almost Instantl. Easy to use, clean ears. Strong smell but worth it. One happy pooch.

My dog had an ear infection which was driving her mad and her constant shaking left her with burst blood vessels in the ear itself and left it very swollen. I took her a very well known vet chain who drained her ear and stated she had a deep routed infection and prescribed a very tiny bottle of ear drops at a cost of £48 yes £48 for a weeks treatment. I did find the same stuff on the Internet for £14 a bottle but you needed proof it had been prescribed for the dog by a vet. I spoke to the vet who said i could pirchase the stuff of the internet and she would gladly give me the prescription but wanted £30 which meant i was stuck paying the robbing beggars as it would have eventually cost the same. After a couple of weeks and no improvement, the vet suggested we step up to the more powerful ear drops procedure at £58 a bottle for a weeks treatment. By this time I had just about had enough of the vets having a captive audience thinking people will pay anything for their beloved pets so I politely declined to hand over anymore of my hard earned money to them and instead took a chance on this stuff for less than £4 a bottle. Within no time my dogs ear infection cleared up and the swelling went down on its own and it gives her no issues at all. Yes this stuff has a strong smell to it initially but it's nothing over bearing and it does the job. My advice is before paying robbing vet prices for stuff, take a chance on this first and see if it works, you may be pleasantly surprised. Oh and by the way the vets who I shall not embarass said they had to charge the very high prices for medication as they are a very small practice and couldn't buy in bulk. Yet they are the vets who boast 21 practices across the North and Midlands.

I never usually write reviews but this product is something I think everyone should know about. I have a 15 year old Sharpei who is REALLY prone to ear infections. I have tried so many different products. One brand of ear drops was so bad I believe it sent him completely deaf. I’ve used this product for a week now on a particularly bad infection. Within one day his ears looked better. Within 3 they were almost clear. Today I shouted my dog who has been deaf for a while and he responded! He can hear again! Although not clearly he is now responding to loud noises again! I am not saying these ear drops performed a miracle. But I believed due to his age he had gone deaf. At the same time he lost his hearing I was using another brand of ear drops & although initially they helped, they seemed to have caused some damage as his ears looked very sore inside. I believe this product I have just used not only cleared his ears, but they soothed and reversed whatever the last batch had done to his ears. I am just so grateful that now in his old age he has his hearing back, his infection is almost completely clear & he is happier & comftable. It really has worked wonders & I highly recommend. They are definitely worth the price & more. They are easy to use, with clear instructions & very fast acting. I’m just so relieved. They have saved me a fortune in vets bills. And I am so thankful to have found them.
