Try changing the tube length to the 36" option. I did this and it shipped to my address here in Ca. **Q: Installed both (one hot, one cold). Hot water isnt coming out. Water is turned on. What gives?** A: Not enough information. 1) Is A) water coming out but it is not hot, or B) is no water coming out? 2) Are you A) installing new plumbing/fixture, or B) replacing existing plumbing fixture? Re: 1) - If 'A' check water heater, if 'B' check supply, plumbing and fixture. Re: 2) - If 'A' start at source, check that both supply lines flow, then attach supply hoses & check, then attach to fixture and check. Re: 2) - if 'B', assume you turned off water at BOTH supply lines, make sure you turned water back on at BOTH supply lines **Q: The ideal pipe length I need is 9". What's the best one to get since 9" isn't available & considering pipe flexibility??** A: I needed about 12 inches for lines. The 16 inch lines worked fine with any kinks. Also available in 12 inch. **Q: Does product contain lead? Why is there a lead health warning on it?** A: As far as I am aware, there is NO LEAD in this item. That said even with modern manufacturing methods, it is impractical to believe that all of a certain element can be removed when smelting metals. They can get it down to negligable amounts however some small amount might still remain. (At least that is my opinion!) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Plumber installed. *by J***. on December 8, 2025* Well made. Fit well. Had plumber install, ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good Quality, Easy to Install, Great Flexibility *by P***P on January 11, 2023* I am really pleased with these water supply lines. I needed something with some length, flexibility, and that had the right connections. These were perfect and so easy to install. I have not had any leaks or other issues since I installed them months ago. Everything is running smoothly, and I would definitely purchase them again. The price was great as well. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good quality and price, fast delivery *by M***N on September 9, 2021* These have become my go-to water supply hoses for the past few years. They are good quality - never any issues with the connectors, and of course stainless steel braided, not just poly. I don't enjoy contorting to get under sinks, either to replace leaking supply hoses or to clean up water mess from a failed hose. Somehow, my local big box or hardware stores often don't have stainless supply hoses in stock in the length I want, but these are always just a click away. I've found that an important aspect of plumbing is to find parts with consistent quality so I don't have to redo a job or clean up after a flood - these fit the quality bill, and they're well-priced to boot. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/75273337-highcraft-braided-faucet-connector-12-long-stainless-steel-1-2](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/75273337-highcraft-braided-faucet-connector-12-long-stainless-steel-1-2) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-22*
