野菜サラダにチーズをふりかけるため
最初はMicroplaneを購入しようかなと迷っていましたが、似たような商品があったのでこれにしました。しかも初めて使う調理器具なのでとりあえず試しに使ってみました。グリップは滑りにくいしチーズおろしもきれいにできます。おろし目地の裏側に付いたチーズの削りかすは、箸でこすって落としあとは熱湯をかけるときれいになります。コスパは高いと思います。made in CHINAでもとりあえず今のところは問題なしです。
