My husband always needs wide width but these also seem to be a half size larger when ordered in wide width. He loves this brand of shoe....says it's the most comfortable shoe....and it must be so, because I cannot find these in his size anywhere!! The quality of these shoes is excellent as well. He typically wears an 11 wide, but I had to get these in 10.5 wide.

Nice shoe for the money, I have had better, but more expensive. My feet are size 11 and I take a wide (11W). Most stores only sell medium (11M) if you can find each. This shoe, is one of the few that I have found that 'almost' have the correct shape for my feet. Most shoes the width is measured just in front of the arch, these the width is measured more toward the toes. I find that shoe sizes are 'crazy' in that widths are 'aa' or '6' or '??' and not measured in inches, i.e. 4.25". Also, find that big toe and little toe are outside of the normal measurement areas, thus even if the measurement is from little toe to side of foot, the big toe may be outside of that measurement, i.e. 4.25 is actually 4.35. In short, big toe on left foot rubs. Have no idea of the Durability as I have only walked a few miles in these thus far.

I had a pair of "Jimmy Buffets" I call them several years ago. they lasted for over 5 years with nearly daily wearing in summer and sometimes in winter. Then they finally wore out and I was in a Famous Footwear store right after and bought a very nearly similar "Florsheim" brand and they were not close to the quality of my JB's. So after less than 3 years of putting up with them I decided to buy another Margaritaville and am so happy I did. The Florsheim's are almost worn from the the bottom up and the heal was soft and impossible to merely slip into them like I used to with the Jimmy's and now my new JB's are no different than my first pair. So easy to just walk into and look and feel broke in right out of the box as did my first pair. Bottom line, These are very nice shoes, i have a normal width size 10 and that's what I ordered. They fit perfectly.

These are great shoes, but the left shoe is somewhat looser than I would prefer.This is a problem that I often have, so I'm not blaming the shoe. It's just a bit more pronounced with this shoe.It's still a good shoe for wearing about town while running errands.. I just wouldn't choose this shoe for any serious walking because of the fit.I would think that most people would find this shoe to be of fine quality.Edit: I would like to add that I put inserts in these shoes and that improved the fit quite well and I have now been wearing these shoes for two years and they have held up very well. I bought another pair for when these wear out, but, honestly, I may still be wearing these for another two years.

I have had many of the Margaritaville Shoes and they are very comfortable and stylish for "boat shoes." Being in South Florida, I wear mine daily. My only complaint is that the rubber soles on every pair that I have ever owned have cracked, and our broken off, within 3 years of buying them. I hope this latest pair holds up better as I really like this brand.

I love Margaritaville's and this pair replaces a pair I have had for years and worn as house shoes. The size is true, the width is perfect and I will now enjoy walking around the house and occasionally out with these great shoes. When you first put them on, they are a little tight in the toes. Just walk around for awhile and they will stretch out just right. Well worth the money. Put them on your repeat buy list.

Had a similar pair from the same company for over 6 years before the heel wore down so I replaced them assuming the new shoes were of equal quality. (People are selling those shoes used on Ebay) Uppers remain fine but heel has already worn through with mostly indoor use in about a year. Tried to contact the company. They have a contact form that doesn't work and a customer service number that isn't answered and nobody returns messages.

SHOES WERE A LITTLE TOO SMALL, I ORDERED SIZE 9 , MY FAULT. THEN I WANTED SIZE AN EXCHANGE TO 9.5. I OWN THE SAME IDENTICAL SHOE STYLE THAT I BOUGHT 3 YEARS OR SO AGO. THEY ARE THE MOST COMFORTABLE I HAVE, BELIEVE ME I OWN 25 PAIRS OF SHOES. I AM 81 YEARS OLD AND GUESS MY SIZE IN SHOES HAS CHANGED, GET ME SIZE 9.5W AND I WILL BUYING NEXT MONTH.

I wanted a pair of slip on boat shoes for on my boat and general wearing around in summer. I got tired of always retying boat shoes. It is risky to order shoes online, but these are good looking shoes. I almost always look for wide shoes which these are. I read other reviews where it was suggested to order 1/2 size smaller than your usual size. I probably should have taken that advice because mine are a little slack but never the less a very good fit and easy to wear on day one. They could probably have a little more cushioning in the sole. I am being a bit picky, because in fact I am happy with my purchase, and they arrived right on time at my front door. Can't beat that.

I listened to others about sizing and ordered a half size small...exchanged for a half size larger than my shoe size.Fit great .Amazon excelled at making the return and replacement flawless...no wonder amazon has taken over the online market world....

This is the second pair I have purchased and loved the first ones. This pair seems to fit like one size larger than ordered and stains so easily it's disappointing. Wish now I could have ordered size seven and in brown. They were the best.

A bit larger than I expected but not enough to risk the next size down being too small. Super comfy shoes.

Nice looking shoe, I wanted something to walk around the home, shoe looks great, but, soles are harder then I thought they looked like... when walking, noisy on hardwood floors
