Up in the middle of sleep
Every time I take this, I wake up in the middle of the night. I have a bad schedule and used this to adjust the sleep time. I am not a light sleeper, so the only conclusion I can make is that it does help you to get into sleep but the effect does not last for more than 2.5 hours.
