Works great on my RadWagon with some customization.
This is intended to be mounted around a single post as pictured. That being said, you can get...ahem...creative. On my RadWagon I was able to go to Home Depot, buy a long threaded bolt, and attach it fairly easily.It's a terrific addition, and now my daughter can ride more safely on the back of my cargo bike.It's well built, folds easily, and is one of the few options out there.Four stars only because one of the pegs is slightly loose compared to the other.

Really great pegs
Fits our custom built bicycle for 2 so our son has a good solid place to place his feet when riding.

FABULOUS!
My son is autistic and too big for the tag-a-long bike, so I got a tandem bike and he needed a place to put his feet. The fold-out foot pegs work wonderful!

Works as advertised
I installed these on the horizontal bar (instead of the vertical bar) of my Lazer tandem. Now my four year old grandaughter can ride comfortably in the backseat. BTW, Buddy bike has excellent customer service.
