Best mustard for sauces. I mix it with mayo, shiracha, ghost chili salsa, dried spices like rosemary (or fresh from my neighbor) , thyme or oregano, and yuzu (see photo). Place over rice: wild, mochi, or regular or a combination.. Fresh veggies like Bak Choi, Kai Choi, arugala, etc. Sometimes add garnish of Turkey Jerky, corn and wakame.

This is the mustard my family has been buying since the 70s. When dijon mustard is too sharp, this is the perfect choice. Mellow and full of flavor.

Great mustard for a great price. Tastes the same as it did decades ago. Great for sandwhiches (for those that like mustard), cooking, salad dressing and many other uses. Great texture and taste. Spicier than standard yellow mustard but not too spicy. Container is very well sealed. The plastic lid may be a lid hard for some to remove. But probably seals better than the old cork covers that used to come with this mustard a long time ago.

I LOVE this mustard. I’ve been using it for years and years. . . .BUT. . . I totally disagree with the listing of this item on Amazon for two reasons. #1. It’s listed under Dijon Mustard. This is NOT Dijon Mustard. #2. It’s listed as “smooth”. It is NOT smooth. This is WHOLE GRAIN mustard. This is NOTHING like “yellow mustard”. It’s “bold”. Great for sandwiches. . . salad dressing. . . and more. If you’re using it on a sandwich you will want a “heavy” bread like rye, pumpernickel, etc. You will NOT want to use white bread. This is the “plain” Pommery mustard. It also comes in “Firemen’s” (spicy). . . .Green Peppercorn. . . “Royal” with cognac (my favorite, actually, but a bit pricy) . . . . Honey Mustard. If you’re looking for a “smooth” mustard, then try Pommery Moutarde du Lion. This mustard is what you think of when you hear the words “Dijon Mustard”.

Leaked everywhere in transit. Gonna be real honest, I bought this for the jar. I consumed all of the mustard. It was delicious, really. Best mustard I’ve ever had, but the cute label was ruined and everything smelled of mustard for a bit. Regardless of my purposes, stuff shouldn’t be leaking(wasted product)

Let me begin by saying that I find mustard just OK, generally, and I’m not typically a fan of spicy food. Having said that,I’ve eaten this mustard for many years, more years than I can count. The quality is fantastic and insurmountable. This is a mustard you could eat straight from the jar, it’s so freaking good. It has just the right amount of spice, the right amount of vinegar, it’s absolutely perfect. I use this on anything I want to put mustard on - from gourmet foods to hotdogs to eating it straight out of the jar. It’s just wonderful. I’ve never had a bad jar, either. The heavy stone crockery jars are very heavy & durable and you can easily reuse them afterward for other things. If you’re looking for a top worldwide mustard, one that will ruin you for any other mustard, you want this one.

This is really excellent mustard, and good value when bought in this quantity. While previous orders have been fine, this one had some leakage in transit. Maybe from the recent high heat? Anyway, I'll be hesitant to order this way again.

Es gibt im www sehr gute Anleitungen zum Öffnen, damit kein Siegellack im Behälter landet. Wenn man mit Bedacht vorgeht, passiert nichts! Der Verschlusskorken benötigt auch Respekt und Gefühl. ohne dem kann die Handhabung Frustration auslösen. Die Qualität ist super fein mit ausgewogener Säure, schmeckt in Gurkensalat, auf Braten usw. Natürlich liegen zwischen Bautzner und diesem Senf Welten und es kommt geschmacklich immer auf den persönlichen Anspruch an.

1er achat car j’avais peur que le pot se casse. Très bonne moutarde à graines de Meaux, bien conservée et arrivée en très bon état. Par chez nous, impossible d’en trouver dans les commerces, donc merci pour cette qualité. Bon rapport qualité prix 🏆 dommage que le transport soit plus cher que le produit. Cette moutarde n’est pas trop forte et permet de savourer le goût pour ceux qui connaissent déjà les moutardes avec des graines. Pour ouvrir le pot il faut casser la cire rouge autour du pot.
