I ordered a "WIDGETCO Size 32 Large Cork Stoppers, Economical" cork and it fit my large 500g 17.6-Ounce Pommery mustard jar. The "WIDGETCO Size 28 Cork Stoppers, Standard" corks fit the smaller 250g / 8.8oz mustard jars.

Best way to store it................Does it need refrigeration?

Pommery Mustards have an exceptional shelf-life. Its stoneware pot prevents UV light from passing through as does its cork stopper sealed in wax. You can easily keep it for two years in a cool dry place even after opening. Refrigeration is not necessary.

What is the sodium Mg for this product?

The label on the mustard is not the standard label I see on most products. It seems to imply that in 100 grams of the mustard there are 6 grams of salt, for a 6% content.
