Made a nice gift
Made a nice gift. That’s very nice gift for me to give to a coffee enthusiast. The only thing about it was it had a package of decaffeinated coffee in it which was kind of a waste

Delicious but pricy
Wonderful flavor. Still too expensive

Not that good and only 7 ounces!!
Beyond this being a small bag (they do say 200 grams in the description), the coffee is ok, but nothing special. Not an Italian Roast (which is what I was looking for), more of medium/dark. Not worth the money.

Had this in a restaurant and had to order my own! Delicious! But expensive!
This is a spectacular coffee! Not for every morning, but great for a romantic or special treat with dessert. I'm afraid to get addicted to its flavor, however, and don't think I could afford it on a daily basis.

Delicious coffee, but It’s finely ground — NOT for French press!
Update: I borrowed a friend’s Chemex to make this coffee and now have my own. I struggled with how to re-rate this coffee. It is delicious! Thus, my new Chemex. This coffee is smooth and mellow and flavorful. Alas! It is also finely ground. I do wish it were coarsely ground so I could brew it in my French Press. But the wonderful flavor of this coffee has me using the Chemex to brew it. Who knows? I may even try using it for espresso. I shall purchase more.Claims this coffee is appropriate for French press coffee makers, tho nothing actually mentions the size of the grounds.. Baloney! It’s fine ground. Who believes a coffee dealer doesn’t know that coarse ground coffee is needed for a French press? No wonder they send an advance email message telling you that Amazon fulfills the order and to address any issues to Amazon, not to Aromistico. I tried using it for the French press. Big mistake! Even with adding an extra screen filter and then pouring it into my cup through a fine mesh strainer, there were still fine grounds at the bottom of my cup - more like mud. I guess I should not have used any, but just have packed it up and sent it back as soon as I saw that it was a fine grind coffee, despite its claim to be for French press coffee makers. I’ll have to borrow a friend’s Chemex to use this coffee. Who wants a blonde roast espresso? And the grind is so fine, espresso is really what such a finely ground coffee should be used for. It’s a rip off! Cannot recommend!

Astonishing
I love this coffee! The coffee is smooth yet robust. At first look the package is nice and looks exclusive. They send you a description of the coffee, the company, who was the roaster, and fresh stamped date of best use by ensuring you that your coffee was freshly rosted. When upon opening the beans were rosted perfectly and have a nice not to overpowering aroma. The coffee beans were a dark matte brown with no oil on them in sight! The coffee at first taste was so mooth yet robust. People compain on here that it is not as bold as expected, yet i can make that comment as well but that is because we are use to burnt oily coffee. This coffee will have you second guess your next choice of coffee. It is purely delicious and is perftect with you morning breakfast or after dinner with guests. The caffine is the coffee does not hit you like a ton of bricks but slowly creeps up on you and once it hits you you are up and on your way. So if your looking for a bang at first taste this is not for you. But if you like to have a morning routine and have the time to take your mornings slow as i do, this coffee is perfect and will give you the boost you need. I highly recommend this coffee.

My favorite coffee, so far....
I'm new to bean-to-cup coffee making and only recently started drinking my coffee black so as to be able to fully appreciate the taste of fresh coffee. Up until then I was a white, with one sugar, instant coffee guy.The machine I use is a De'Longhi Magnifica ESAM 4200.S .So far I've tried 4 different types off coffee bean and 2 of those were from Aromistico and this is my favorite so far. I don't really know the right words to describe coffee but this was nice and strong, not too bitter. I only know to use the word bitter as I tried another coffee (Tesco Finest) and that was definitely 'bitter' (I think!).The product description says "SMOKY, MALTY AND DARK CHOCOLATE-LIKE" - well, I like dark chocolate and smoky flavours. Perhaps my taste buds need some training but none of the coffees I've tried taste anything like the exotic descriptions the manufacturers claim!! To me this is a nice, full bodied, strong and rich tasting coffee that makes my house smell lovely! The other Aromistico coffe I tried was AROMISTICO | Intense Crema Light Roast which is described as "FRAGRANT, SWEET and BERRY-Like" so I was expecting a sweet treat. Wrong! It did have a nice smell but the taste was a bit bland for me even with the strength set to Max on my Delonghi. Perhaps I need to stick to dark, strong coffees.Anyway, I'm looking forward to my next 2 packs to arrive while I try out some others bought locally. Sub Par, not exciting and over priced.... I wouldnt buy this
For me the flavour of this coffee was just really disappointing. Expected big things it being 3 times the cost of my normal grind but alas very weak, very little aroma very disappointed.Lidls single origin Guatamalan grind, blows this out of the water in every catagory. If you haven't tried it, do!!!!Only reason it gets 3 stars is because it's still coffee and I love coffee

Tastes great - very good for those allergic to Caffeine!
I'm one of the few that unfortunately cannot touch Caffeine as it will put me in A&E due to my heart trying to stop, for years I had to stay away from Tea, Coffee, and particular brands of chocolate. In the last year I had discovered the swiss water method which removes the caffeine without the use of dangerous chemicals.Aromistico is one of the few that I have narrowed down to have great taste, smell, and a good cost. I do prefer a deeper roasted flavour but this one cuts through, no bitterness, a nice sweet flavour with a gentle smokyness to it. It tastes great with Cream / Milk and Sugar / Honey or on its own.I would recommend this to anyone who is in a similar situation medically like myself, or someone who is trying to get away from Caffeine but not wanting to give up coffee for good.Well done Aromistico, I will definitely buy more! - P.s. buy a large bag of Ameretti biscuits to accompany your cup!

Excellent decaf coffe
I love coffee but stopped drinking it as it was making me feel a bit panicky which I put down to caffeine. After several months and smelling every one else's in the office I went on the hunt for a really good decaf as I have always suffered headaches from previous chemical decaf coffees. Research revealed the swiss water method, sounded about as pure as it gets, so found this and it's fabulous coffee, really smooth taste, no bitterness and no headaches or panicky feeling - just a great cup of coffee which I save as a weekend treat. Will order again.

Hard to open if the zip rip thing breaks
Just got it today and it was hard to open as the zip rip thing broke before it got past the main tab bit. I managed to open it and keep the bag intact tho so thats good. Bought as it was a light roast and on opening the bag it smelled like a dark roast, took enough beans out to make a few cups of coffee and left them in my coffee grinder for a few mins. They still smells like strong dark coffee beans even after grinding and leaving them for a few mins before making a batch of coffee.Once made the coffee has this odd smell like coffee and cleaner and just nasty smell to me (and I love the smell of coffee both bean, ground and brewed) I poured a cup and let it cool down a bit as I like to try my coffee black before I add anything and it was nasty it was very bitter and not pleasent to drink at all even with a lil sugar it was gross tried adding milk still nasty dumped it out and tried it with just milk nope still can't drink it. Tried brewing more with less ground coffee but still nasty and bitter. So for me it has a gross bitter flavor and therefore no value for money I really wanted to like this coffee as it sounded nice but this is really nasty no matter what I do it smells like a really strong dark coffee which I normally like but this smells almost burnt? I don't get it but I do get that I wasted money.
