The wood is very nice and matches our furniture in the bedroom. My dog took to them right away! There are pads on the bottom so they won't scratch the hardwood floors.

Arrived well packaged and was very easy to assemble. Sturdy, attractive, and the storage compartment is a nice touch. 70 lb German Shepherd took to going up them very easily. He's a little awkward going down on the steps, but they're large enough and he's getting better with practice.

My dog loves it.

Clearly used when I paid for NEW- took first step out and immediately saw chipped corners on both sides of the front- didn’t even bother to unpack the rest!
