Are these figures the same size as Dungeons & Dragons miniatures?

All of the figures are "medium" size, so the birds are a little big and the pegasai and horses are a little small, but most of the pieces will work as D&D figures. Even the off-size ones could be used for colts or small versions of the regular size creatures.

Does it come with tokens

They take the place of token cards, instead of putting down a token card you put the mini on the table instead.

Do you get one of each model for sure? Or will this give duplicates of some and none of othes?
