Yes, regular car speakers are 4 ohms. According to Pioneer this amp is 2 ohm stable. So can easily up to 8 speakers with this amp. Each would receive 62.5 watts rms, and 125 watts peak. Pioneer specs below. Maximum Power Output at 2 Ω 250W x 4

i have an all in one sub (integrated amp), and am running 4 speakers, is there an output for this, or do i need to run my sub off the head unit.

I did not see a feed through rca on this amp. So would need another from the head unit
