The media could not be loaded.  This is a great snuffle mat. One of my dogs really loves this thing. The other one gets frustrated and a little too rough with it so I don't give it to him because it was to expensive to allow him to shred it. He gets the Bob a Lot instead because he is able to just smack that around the house. If you have a rough dog I wouldn't suggest this for them. You can see how my little girl finds her food in this in the video. She needed a new challenge as puzzles were getting boring for her.

I purchased a larger mat from a different seller, which I LOVED, but I wanted a smaller one to Travel with so I purchased this mat. It is essentially the same as my other mat but to a smaller scale, which is exactly what I hoped for. The problem is that I found several loose strings when I looked through the pieces of fabric. Strings that my dog could’ve easily choked on. Thank goodness I always look through everything before I give it to my boy. However, despite combing through it, the very first time my dog used this mat I saw him with a huge chunk of string (many strings clumped together) in his mouth that he was about to swallow! Luckily I was with him when this happened and was able to pull it out before it did any damage! This could’ve been an expensive trip to the vet, or much worse! I’ve looked through it even more thoroughly since then and have been pleased now that there are no more strings. But BEWARE and be sure to comb through each piece before use! This would’ve gotten 5 stars but I feel I need to warn people before someone’s fur baby gets injured.

Our dog is blind and deaf and extremely food motivated so we have several puzzles that we use to stimulate meal time and work on her skills. This mat is perfect because we can wash it once every couple of days to keep the food from getting stuck in places it doesn't need to be. Also, each sensory section requires our dog to use her nose and paws differently, thus engaging her. A simple puzzle bowl just wasn't cutting it, our puppy was too smart and still didn't slow down eating. With this mat we were able to slow down her eating and still keep her engaged. One other great thing, it's perfect for traveling!

Our Jack Russell mix is not interested in chasing balls, playing tug, or Kongs at all but he loves this mat! We have to be careful because if we don't put it on the floor after we hide the treats, he will pull it off the counter to start sniffing! He doesn't even notice when we leave the house...

We watched as my 2 dogs and 2 grand dogs played with this together. Two of them caught on immediately, then the third and then we caught the shy dog doing it when she thought nobody was looking! They LOVED it!! It was a big hit on Christmas Eve! They were just sniffing all over it finding the treats! Fun for them and fun to watch!!

The media could not be loaded.  I like it, but it's not much of a challenge for an older dog, I think it is better for a puppy. The shredded pieces and pockets are too short to hold the treats. I apologize, I don't know how to edit videos so unfortunately I have another visible product.

My dog loves this! The game changer is really the pockets and the flaps. She figured out the shags, but the pockets took a couple days to figure out. This is one of her favorite toys and great way to occupy her and use her nose. Every dog that loves to sniff and find and hunt needs one of these.
