Hula your waist away.
Love the hoop for exercise. Take a while to get used to the weight , but even if you could hula hoop previously, you would be able to .Even my 6Year old can do it now.

Arrived in time ..we filled every other section with rice ..not sure we could take it apart if we wanted to but been using it every n love it

After a fight with Royal Mail (no fault of the sellers at all) I finally got my hoop and it's great, thank you so much and for you fast reponse to my messages!

Good product but comes apart
Very good hula hoop, great for training and exercise but the pieces have to be pushed very tightly together (quite hard) or else they come off and after a few days of use one part seems to not go in properly and gets squeaky but might just be an issue with mine. Overall I recommend for average use.

A little too heavy to use and does cause some brusing
Just be aware this is one heavy product to use and if you are not too good at useing it you will get some bruising

Weighted hulap hoop.
I love mthulahoop. Makes me work harder to keep it up. Just what I wanted.
