Ces couteaux sont bien balancés, ils sont un peu lourd ce qui est très appréciable. Ils tiennent bien en main, ne sont pas glissant même lorsque j'ai les mains mouillées. Leurs tranchant est extra, ils coupent comme une lame de rasoir. Ne pas mettre dans les mains d'inexpérimentés. pour me rien gâcher, ils sont très jolis et ils viennent dans une belle boîte en bois pratique. Je les recommandent fortement.

This is the second set of these knives I have bought (as a house warming gift for my son) after having purchased all of the knives individually. These knives are incredibly sharp and hold their sharpness well. Although I have purchased a proper sharpening stone I have never used it ; 3-4 runs along a good knife steel has been all that is needed to bring these back to full sharpness. These knives are also well balanced and comfortable to hold and use.
