Handy crates - have worked well for me over the years

I ordered a set of these totes earlier this year to hold the extra pet food and supplies I set aside for my critters as the pandemic started. I also ordered several sets of different sized crates from Farmplast around the same time. All my orders were filled and shipped in record time.Aside from a little dust, the totes were immediately usable. I never noticed any chemical odors and believe me , I’m anal retentive when it comes to my pets.The totes are very sturdy and the tops go together easily. No swearing trying to get pieces to align. They are deep enough hold a lot of items upright and stack sturdily. The tote accepts printed labels from my label maker without them sliding off.As I’m staying home over Thanksgiving, I ordered another set so I can organize my tools in the basement.

I like these shallower boxes compared to regular depth boxes. I store workshop tools, hardware, supplies. Deeper containers are hard to use because stuff gets lost in the depths of deeper boxes. Not a five because translucent boxes let in more light and make the bottom corners more accessible. These opaque boxes quite dark inside, even though they are shallow.

The containers are well built and solid. no flex at all. I’ll probably get some larger ones to put some spare motorcycle parts in. Perfect moving box for people that don’t always unpack everything. Time to replace all those boxes that are fallen apart, wrapped up in tape.

So far so good. We use to store stacks of magazines. Holds up fine to the heavy weight of magazines and books.

Strong chemical smell that didn’t go away after a week. I wonder if these were made with a bad batch of plastic? Next time I’m sticking with the regular brand I normally buy

I am finally getting organized with these containers. I use something and put it down never to be seen again.Now when I get done with something I have a place to put it and can find it next I want it.Life is suddenly easier.
