when i say perfect i mean it. over the last 17 years ive used many version of these guys from the professional big rigs at physical therapy clinics to the personal use ones with batteries. although i dont like the fact it uses the old micro usb cable to charge im happy its one that does charge and doesn't need batteries. worked right out the box. i love the bigger pads the distribute the feeling a little more. helps with the massage modes and back especially. like i said ive used many of these over the years and have had multiple injuries from sports. these are life savers especially with muscle fatigue and pain around joints. the size is perfectly transportable as well. it comes with a handy bag also. for the cost especially in 2026 where everyone is raising prices i don't see myself going lower in price and getting this quality. THERE are a lot of modes and you have to cycle through all of them so if you mistakenly pick a mode then you have to click a bunch of time. another pro is the A and B side can be on 2 different modes , which i have never seen on a portable unit before. it makes for some nice sensations but be careful on the intensities.

Works good, definitely helps in my situation. Can't beat it for the price. I like that it's small and portable. I can easily take it every where I go and have ready as needed. It has a lot of different settings so you can choose what works for you.

Sorry for the long review and rambling, but this tens unit has caused a lot of confusion, and me being a curious little Hobbit, I can't *not* say it all. I cannot figure this thing out for the life of me. I've read the instructions so many times. I've had 2 of the other 6 setting cheaper ones of the same brand where you can't control the different sides (A+B), and I didn't even need instructions to figure that one out. On the instructions for pad placements, some pads are shaded. There's no indication on what that means, but chiropractor told me to crisscross them and I'm guessing shaded pads on the diagram are from one wire. The cheaper one was soooo easy to understand, but this one, not so much. I took pictures of how he had the professional one in the office on my back when I saw him 18 months ago then bought one for at home. He explained how to do it myself in detail so my dumb blondeness wouldn't cause more damage or injury to my already wrecked back. I'm 36 and I'm too young to hurt like this *sigh* BAD car accident. These instructions seem to be backwards on some of the placements from what my dude said. He's been a chiropractor and owned this office for like 20 years so I trust him more than this booklet. I think I might just do it how I was taught since I have no idea what the mode numbers mean... they don't really point to anything specific. What does the 1 and 2 mean? No specific instructions. Maybe like on mode 3/4, the "1" means 3 and the "2" means 4? Are A and B supposed to be on the same 1 and 2 of each mode, or the opposite? Does A and B have to be on the same mode if they're in the same spot, like my lower back? As in, putting A on mode 4 and B on mode 13? This modeI, the instructions should be more detailed since the others are so easy, this one has way more buttons and SO many settings. It works a lot stronger (maybe DEEPER is the word I'm thinking) with the modes which are the same as my old one, that's for sure, but the pain was gone in 30 minutes with the other one and with this unit it seems to take longer for pain to subside. I might try an ice pack and thin towel on top like the chiro does in office, he recommend that for my home use too. I wish I wouldn't have accidentally ordered two of them, but for the price it's okay. My best friend has more pain than I do, everywhere, so early Christmas I suppose? I'm too lazy to return it and I love her face. I might update my review with her thoughts when she uses it. The battery lasted FOREVER without charging on my last one, hopefully this is the same. I'm really irritated that this one is a micro USB charger, my others from this brand are type C. Pads are more sticky than the replacements I bought for the other unit. Overall, I'm happy with it. I got it on Prime day deals for $23, I anxiously waited for it to go on sale for months. I'm definitely taking it with me to the chiro for an adjustment in the next few days so I can get advice from the man who knows all the things and the stuffs. For now, I'll stick to my old one so I know what I'm doing.

This unit has been extremely effective with the muscle pain in my hip and leg. I went to a PT and just couldn't resolve the issue, but the unit made a huge difference. I had to experiment with placement and how high to turn it up, but it has been great once I found the sweet spot. Unfortunately, the instructions are not clear. The booklet has about a size 4-6 font and I had to get a magnifying glass to read it. It has a lot of modes, but doesn't explain the difference of what the mode does or why use one over the other. It is small and light weight, so I plan on using it traveling. When I remove the patches, there are no marks or redness on the skin. I use it on my hip, knee, shin, and it has made it so much easier to go up stairs. I've only been using it a couple weeks, every other day for 20 min. and my pain is almost gone. I highly recommend it. There is a newer version, but it is a little larger. Battery lasts a long time in this little unit.

This device works very well and is easy to use. The different modes provide great flexibility, and the dual channel feature allows targeting multiple areas at once. Amazing, helps with pain in about 15 mins. It's small, light, compact and has its own baggie for storage. I will say it would be great if you could dim the light on it because it's really bright, especially when you need it in the middle of the night. Finally, knowing the frequency of each mode would be great because then you can find the one that works for you and set it for always.

I was very impressed with this TENS unit. It is small yet mighty and it doesn’t look or feel cheap. It was a pretty silver color and it works well. I noticed that it helped with my pain and the battery lasts a long time. It came with patches that can be reused and you can also buy more to replace any used up patches. I love this little device!

I use this for a nerve compression issue (shoulder / arm). Works great. I love it. Really relieves the pain while in use. Highly recommend for lots of different issues. I recommended to a friend with piriformis issue in rear. Instantly relieves the discomfort, though doesn't solve the problem - you need physio, etc. for that. But an amazing tool for getting through the day. I'm not exaggerating, I can't live without it. Charge lasts about a week with heavy use.
