STAEDTLER 122-2BK3DA Noris Graphite Pencil with Eraser Tip - HB (Pack of 3)

We always keep a pack of these Staedtler Noris HB pencils in our drawer honestly, they’re the kind you just know will work every time. I remember using these back in school myself, so there’s a bit of nostalgia there too! The eraser tips are handy for quick corrections (especially when my 10-year-old is doing her homework and needs to rub out half a maths page 😅). They sharpen well without constantly snapping, and the HB lead is just the right balance not too soft, not too scratchy. Great for school, drawing, note-taking these are the kind of pencils that just quietly get the job done without fuss

Remember those school days when this was your set of pencils and the erasers all chewed away....well this is a fantastic set of pencils, in which I will frequently re-order for the following reasons; 1. These pack of pencils come in a pack of 10 for such a low price compared to something from WH Smith! 2. These pencils have erasers in the back which is good, however, ​I am not a fan of erasers in the back of the pencils as it seems that you need to 'prepare' them as to not have red streaks on your work!!!! (not a good look for someone with OCD!!!) Please remember, the higher the number the harder the writing core and the lighter the mark left on paper. As the pencil core becomes softer, it leaves a darker mark as it deposits more graphite material on the paper. This pencil is quite a dark shade which is perfect for my notebooks Oxford Campus A4+ Card Cover Notebook (Pack of 5 Assorted Colours) this allows the pencils to stand out from the whitest of papers. I am a university student, so pencils like these are perfect for writing quick notes or extended essays. These remove really quickly with something like this Helix Oxford Large Sleeved Erasers (Pack of 2) Y27012 which takes the pencils away and not leave a trace (unless you're one of those heavy writers who lean on the paper.

My son loves using these Staedtler pencils at school. They're really practical and the eraser tip is brilliant. Writing is smooth and easy to erase. Great German product!

I have been using Staedtler branded pencils for over 30 years since I was in primary school and I still use them today. Every year I easily go through about 50 of these pencils in my workshop through normal use but also I have a habit of losing them among the wood shavings and dust. They are a great all rounder graphite pencil that are strong and sharpen well and not anything like those cheap and awful Chinese made pencils which when sharpened their leads just break all the time. The pencils hexagon shape feels good in the hand even for extended periods of time and helps with grip to control the pencil during use. The eraser on the end works very well and is high quality again nothing like cheap erasers which end up tearing up the paper as opposed to erasing pencil marks. In the workshop these pencils get knocked about and dropped pretty much constantly but never had a problem with broken leads these things just keep working as intended regardless of the abuse given. Definitely a high quality affordable pencil that I will continue to use for another 30 years.

These pencils are excellent quality and reasonably priced. Easy to use as they are HB and the lead gives a good colour when writing or drawing. The rubber tip is very useful. I will continue to buy these.
