These are perfect kitchen and even bathroom hand towels. They clean up messes nicely, wash great, are soft and I love the white, when washed correctly they look brand new!

These are the towels you're looking for. These are most like the KAF (King Arthur Flour) towels everyone loves. They remain nice and flat after washing. Although they don't maintain a true rectangular shape over time (no towel does) they remain easy to fold.

I am replacing all of my dish towels for linen or cotton with a smooth finish, and these are fine. They dry quickly, which is what I want, and they are new now so, will have to see how well they wear over time. They shrink with washing, and they wind up a bit smaller than I would wish, but again, this is a kitchen towel not a fashion statement and the price is great for the volume. I am satisfied.

Update on this product: I purchased this product in March 2019 and it's now July 2021 and the kitchen towels are being used daily and are washed with warm water, laundry detergent and a bleach pod regularly. They have held up well. Again, not sure why people are having trouble with the cotton towels wrinkling and shrinking, because that has not been a problem for this buyer. Smoothing the towels while folding helps with cotton towel wrinkles. Do to the amount of washing the color striping has faded over time, but it does not affect the quality and usefulness of the towel. March 2019 Review: This product drys glassware without lint left behind and absorbs water well. They clean up well in the washing machine. I have even used the hot cycle and was impressed that the print did not fade away. I do use a softner in the wash and smooth them when removed from dryer before folding. They are 100% cotton and wrinkles are a given. Glad I purchased these kitchen towels. Update: Dry the towels using "Smart Sheep Dryer Balls" for less wadded towels, smooth the towels and fold.

UPDATE after having for a few weeks: After having washed these 2 to 3 times in the washer they are now substantially more absorbent than they were before going through a few wash cycles. I say substantial because they absorbed almost nothing to begin with. So it is a substantial difference in my eyes. I updated from one star to three stars because they are much better after washing a few times however they are still not super absorbent. But they are what you would expect from a very thin bar style type towel. At least they will clean up spills and dry my hands now! I like that you get so many with the purchase and I like that they have a hook to hang them up with. Worth buying, but remember they are thin so they can only absorb so much liquid. Original review: I washed these right away and they shrink a lot but I still had high hopes for them because they are a very cute style. However the first time I went to use them I was so disappointed. I first used them to dry my hands which they did not do. A paper towel worked 10 times better. Then I used them to wipe up some water and again they have zero absorbency. So if you like them because they are cute and want to use them for decor they will work but if you plan on actually using them don’t do it. I thought I might just keep them hanging somewhere in my kitchen because I like the style but after having them there a few days it seemed so silly because they are useless.

Love the look. I seen all the reviews saying they aren't absorbent but having cloth diapered I figured a few washes and no fabric softener I'd be fine. Nope hubs hates them they don't soak up water just pushes it around. I've had these for about a year and have them as my only kitchen towels. So I know they have been washed 100+ times they arent good.

Super absorbent. They are exactly what I was hoping for. Wish they were a bit larger in size but they are not small. Great tea towels. I washed and dried them and tested it out on my crystal wine glasses- amazing no streaks and super quick to dry. Love them.
