It’s Awesome
I’m using it for an evacuation folder. I’ve put all my important paper in it. I have it hanging behind the door. So all I have to do is grab it and go if I need to run out of the house. It locks & it has handles 👍🏼

OK for the price.
Nice size for papers and cards. I'm not sure how the zipper is fire and water proof, it's just a single layer of material in that area. Has a combo lock but once again the zipper is the vulnerable area, easy to break in..
