Bought this after my siatic nerve has been pinched so bad it had become debilitating. My new Chiropractor suggested getting one of these under my knees to relieve pressure off of my lower spine while sleeping. I was using regular pillows and they helped for a little bit but the pain always got worse through the night. I was desperate and was willing to try anything!! Let me just say WOW!!! This pillow has been a complete game changer for me. It is very firm but not too firm. It's doesn't flatten out throughout the night like regular pillows did. It's just the right height to relieve pressure on my lower back instantly and does not cut off blood flow to your feet. I also find it comfortable to use between my knees when laying on my side of I put it long ways. It also has a removable cover that can be washed in the washing machine. I don't put it in the dryer just to be safe. I don't want it to shrink. If you have low back pain or sciatica and don't have one of these, this is a must have!! Get one you will not be disappointed!

This is amazing for multiple reasons. I have terrible sciatica pain, and realized that I could sleep on the couch with less pain, so I realized it was because I bent my knees up. That’s when I found this. It’s great and I use it every night. It also prevents my dogs from getting all up in my personal space in bed, so they are in my husbands way now.

Nice under knee support but a little too firm.

I had some sciatica pain in my right hip/butt down my leg for months. I finally made time for the chiropractor and part of my treatment for a month was to sleep with my knees together, my side sleeping wasn't helping the issue. Using this wedge pillow under my knees really helped make sleeping on my back more comfortable. I'm not using it to sleep now that my pain is gone, but I like to keep it as a base under the rest of my pillows when I'm just hanging out in my bed because it is firm. I'm able to fit a king size pillow case on it, snug but it fits.

Love this! Definitely let it settle the first 2-3 days but after that it works amazing. I use it to sleep and while just relaxing watching tv. Was initially bought for just after surgery but is useful for everyday too. The cushion is firm but is perfect for a big woman like myself. It doesn’t lose shape easily.

The quality seems okay. I am 5'5'' and the pillow is too small for me.

Just had a hip replacement....this wedge was the best thing I found to elevate my leg those first few days after surgery. Now I just use it because it feels good when I do!!

Extra firm for orthopedic support! Suede like fabric cover. Fluffed up on its own pretty quick. Purchased because I work from and with alot of medical issues... it is hard to sit up to work (even with lumbar support and orthopedic seat cushions) I bought this to lean forward while working on a computer at a desk. This is a lap width cushion to lean forward without having to "crush abunch of pillows". I weigh 180lbs and this still feels firmly supportive for feet rest, leaning forward pillow but gives enough so its not "hard" see vids

Waited 24 hrs to use this pillow. It is nice and firm, has a washable cover and is doesn't sag while using it. Great support pillow.

This pillow was great to use for leg support at night for hip pain. No need to keep adjusting or bluffing a pillow. This keeps its shape.
