It presses garlic very well. After use cleaning the inside of it may take a moment to remove remaining garlic embedded in the holes. It’s made with durable metal that I like. For my first garlic press I am pleased and better than cutting or chopping garlic. It comes with a sleeve to remove the skin off the garlic. Maybe I am using it incorrectly but it doesn’t remove the skin as easily as I think it should. The press fits good in my hand and does a great job pressing the garlic.
