They won't let you eat something you're not supposed to have, but are wonderful for if you're eating out and aren't sure exactly what is in the food. I find an improvement than without taking them, but again I still try to avoid the things I know will upset me. Very effective given that. Easy to swallow, not the cheapest option at about $1 per pill, but $1 to avoid a tummy ache later after eating out is worth it occasionally.
