Great for those with dietary sensitivities. They won't let you eat something you're not supposed to have, but are wonderful for if you're eating out and aren't sure exactly what is in the food. I find an improvement than without taking them, but again I still try to avoid the things I know will upset me. Very effective given that. Easy to swallow, not the cheapest option at about $1 per pill, but $1 to avoid a tummy ache later after eating out is worth it occasionally. I've bought them more than once, and for the price: these are cheaper than some other options.

Food is much easier to digest, and I have had less gas and bloating when it comes to eating high FODMAP foods when I have to go off the grid. I will say that if you haven't included some of the leaky gut diet protocol and eliminate some of the "bad" inflammatory foods (sugar, alcohol, gluten, dairy, etc.) don't expect miracles by simply taking an enzyme. My husband and I have taken a serious approach to gut health and use 4 of the Essential Stacks products. They have been a game changer for us! Thank you Essential Stacks!!

I love this brand! These enzymes have helped my stomach issues so much. I will pop one of these bad boys before I eat anything that I know causes discomfort and poof! No stomach pain! I feel less bloated and have no gas pains when I use these. I will never not use these!

There is far too little DPP-IV in this to effectively digest gluten. GlutenEase Extra-Strength has been far better for me to protect me from gluten even I eat at restaurants.

I have leaky gut and before I was diagnosed I was simply miserable feeling tired, nauseous, and constipated most everyday. I found this product from research on the web and I take them before each meal. They absolutely work in that I do not feel bloated, gassy or feel like my food is just sitting there. It helps my digestion work better and also keeps me regular. If I forget to take one - I know it! You can even take one during a meal or right after if you forget because they work fast. I'm on the subscription program because they make all the difference in the world in how you feel after a meal.

Been taking this enzyme supplement for 4 days and my stomach actually feels worse and I’m not sleeping as well. There are such great reviews too. I don’t understand why it’s not working for me. I’m not taking it again to see if I do better on the other brand I was using.

So I have been using the l glutamine, probiotic, digestive enzyme and candida complete from your products it's been a little over a month. Here is a little background on me. I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis about 3-4 years ago. But had been progressively getting worse even with medications.(not to mention the side effects). I was on methotrexate, prednisone (for flare ups), and humira. I was dealing with a bad flare up few months ago and I was desperate and wanted to get off the prescribed meds. So, I started eating Paleo kind of way and stumbled on your website goodbye leaky gut. Purchased the products and started taking them right away. I kid you not I was pain free on the third day. I have stopped all prescribed meds and have no pain (except on days where I over do my exercises). I cannot believe it! I am so grateful to you! I am still taking your products and my diet hasn't been that great and still no pain.
