The installation guide makes it easy to install, and the velcro securely holds the screen net without the need for push pins. The magnetic metals provide ample strength to keep the net closed. Additionally, there are hooks on both sides, allowing it to be easily opened. Initially, there was a slight plastic smell, but it disappeared after we hung it outside for a couple of days. Overall, I am satisfied with this product.

Had this put up to keep my bird out of the kitchen when it flies. At first the dog was scared of it but it is easy enough to push through that he doesn't mind it anymore. Once you push through it automatically 'shuts' with the magnets and it is positioned to leave no gaps no matter how many times I ran through the netting and let it self close it was a perfect. Quality is nice and it looks and feels durable. I have used it every day going to the kitchen and it is still going strong!

If your application is inside of the house then this is a great product. However if you apply facing outside of the door then it is not as stable. Mine started coming loose after 45 days or so because of rain and winds. I had to plug extra pins to make it stable

I did not use the adhesive for the Velcro, because it would damage the paint in my apartment. But easily fixed the top of the screen to the door frame with some push pins, and the edges fixed with some gorilla putty. There's a nice 1.5 inchgap from the floor so the cats easily go in and out. The magnets are strong too. I could see some bugs still sneaking in, but for the most part I just hate black flies, and there haven't been any since putting this up.
