Setting this up on my back deck was easier than I expected, and it has been a nice way to get a sauna feeling during cold weather. The tent arrived packaged well and everything I needed was in the box. I like that the chair is included, becase it makes the whole setup feel complete right away. On P09 mode, warm up time is about 15 minutes for me, then it gets properly steamy inside. I have been using it in the backyard and it feels cozy once the heat builds up, even when the air outside is chilly. The zipper and openings line up fine and I can get in and out without fighting it. One small thing I appreciated is that the chair height works well with the space, so I am not crouching or awkwardly sitting. My only real complaint is the instructions could be clearer about where to place the steam outlet hose. I found it works best when the steam outlet is under the chair, but that took a bit of trial and error. Also need to figure out the fabric, if I need to put it under sauna. After that, it has been consistent and relaxing. Overall it does what I wanted and I use it more than I thought I would.

I bought this sauna for healthy detox and warming up in the winter. It’s a little elaborate to set it up for every day use so I probably gonna use it once in a while, but I really like it because I can do the sauna and watch TV at the same time. It warms up pretty fast. I am yet to figure out the remote, how it works. Probably next time when I use it will be easier. Definitely recommend it . Doesn’t take too much space when not in use, because it’s foldable.

Heats up in a few minutes. relaxing. Idk if it really makes you sweat but it’s nice. The chair is small and uncomfortable though. I’m small and it was digging into my legs
