Traxxas 82024-4 TRX-4 Sport 4X4 1/10 Scale Crawler, Red

If you like the idea of driving a truck over near-impossible terrain, but don't have the time to head out to Utah and don't have the $$$ to buy a rock crawler, this is probably a very economical substitute (although probably not as much fun as the real thing). My neighbor and I take our trucks on hikes through the woods. I am absolutely amazed at what this little RC truck is capable of crawling over! You DO have to be strategic about your tire placement, have control over feathering the throttle, and agility in maneuvering the truck. A good understanding of basic physics comes in handy as well. The truck will run for about 2 hours on a 5000 mAh LiPo battery. Because it's made by Traxxas, the truck can be heavily modified. I ended up modifying the tires for more aggressive grip and raised the body and bumpers for better clearance. This is a great RC truck. A lot more fun than RC short-course trucks. Get it... you won't regret it!

i sold my last truck to get this one but i can not drive it to work. other than that it is a good little truck. im hoping if i take care of it it will grow up some day and i can drive it to work.

This is the best crawler going right now for the money......no mods necessary. I've yet to find the end of traxxas lipo batteries, keep going. Rolled it down a cliff and lost a coil spring perch but actually found it among the millions of rocks. Great truck.

Whata not to like about Traxxas? Great quality, and build. Being the TRX entry level, this one gives me the room to tinker and build onto it, customizing as I go. Checked out reviews of all that are out there, and this one wins in most catagories

You really can’t drive it through a ditch , at all it ruin our motor, We didn’t know this , we thought you could drive through muddy ditches on the trail, but evidently not, it will gunk your motor up. but the good thing is the company replaced the motor because our motor quit working after 10 days.

This is the best crawler that i own at the moment. Product came well packaged. Only issue was the transmitter gave up a week after bought but its no the seller fault. I would buy it again!!

My 10 year old son is absolutely obsessed with this RC and is currently building a track for it. Definitely recommend.

Amazing crawler. Only thing that I have broken in it so far is the steering arm.
