Perfect 45° angle
My shower head was ridiculous and pointed straight out at the wall. This fixed it. Comes with silicon tape.

Massage shower heads just don't point right without this...our shower pipes emerge from the wall at a 45 degree angle. Shower head holders don't have sufficient range to point the shower straight down. Adding another 45 degree angle takes care of the problem. This elbow is well made and solves the problem.

Cheaply made, I would not expect it to hold up
Sometimes you put your hands on something and say "man, this is a great quality widget". You will not say that when you pick this up. If yo are looking for the cheapest posable alternative, this would work. If you have any expectations of a quality made product, look elsewhere.

Perfect way to fix rain head angle
I recently changed out an old shower head to one of those big rain head nozzles only to find it wouldn't point straight down and was hitting the opposite wall instead of me. I bought this little adapter and it allows the rain head to spray down on me, it was an awesome improvement. It is subtle so no one really notices it. The included washers make the install easy, no teflon tape is required. No impact to water flow.

Worked for what we needed.
We have a short ceiling shower area where our plumber installed the shower head at 6.5’. This isn’t a big deal with a stock shower head; however we were using a detachable shower head, which angles up and sprays outward. Due to the confined space in the shower and the height it was set at, we needed to adjust the angle somehow.This 45 degree change worked perfectly for fixing our shower issue. It was colored correctly (chrome) and installed easily. They supplied rubber washers with this product, but we didn’t need those for our setup.Only complaint is the thread on our shower arm is still exposed some, even after fully tightening this attachment.
