I ordered this pen recently and just a day later I got it. The packaging was pretty meh but what matters is product. Then I tested all my pens which all of them were working and none were leaking. Well I find some people having their pens leaked heavily well this is because THEY SHAKE THE PEN HEAVILY WHICH PUSHES THE INK TO LEAKING POINT. Well this is common on almost all ink pens so I recommend NOT TO SHAKE THE PEN. If your ink doesn't works then simply buy a refill for around ₹25 from a nearby shop which will solve the issue. Overall great product and highly recommended.

The lid of pen is very tight. I consumes my energy everytime when opening it. Try to change that
