Will these tires fit a Cub Cadet series 2000 tractor?

yes mine is a 2185 model. fits front tires.

Could someone kindly send me a link to the correct "tubeless valvue stems" that I need to fit this 16 x 6.5 - 8 tubeless garden cart wheel

The correct valve stem is determined by the wheel. Most use a s short straight valve. They are usually easily accessible on an 8" wheel and the short one keeps it from protruding far enough to be easily damaged. If the stem sticks out further than necessary, it is more vulnerable to accidental damage. The short stems are very common on automobiles and can be easily found. Also, they do not always require replacement. A leak check is easy at any time - soapy water spray.

do these maxauto 16/6.50-8 16-6.5-8 tires fit the rims on a LX188 john deere tractor?

That I can not help you. If there is a Les Schwab Tire Co near you, you can ask them. what size was the tire that came off the LX188? Take it to them is my suggestion, or another tire company.
