VitaBright Cranberry Tablets with D-Mannose 55,000mg | 180 Capsules

These were great and really worked for me. I read through the reviews and decided they were worth the purchase as I had tried cystitis powders dissolved in cranberry juice and they had only helped a little bit. I had very concentrated urine and I was having daily accidents as I couldn't hold my pee in due to a urine infection which kept recurring after nothing was shifting it. I'm very allergic to almost every antibiotic in pill form especially penicillins, after ending up in hospital after problems with the last prescribed antibiotic I decided not to try them anymore. I bought these and I had to slowly increase the dosage up to 3 capsules a day to finally have a healthy normal bladder again. I bought another bottle just incase it was a short lived success but after 2 months of treating myself with these at the recommended dose then my extra dose for the last 3-4 weeks I'm so relieved to have overcame my bladder problems / infection. At its worse I was so paranoid and ashamed of the problems I had and I hated going out of the house, I had no control of my bladder at all and was too embarrassed to go to my GP. I was running to the toilet every 2 hours including nighttime sometimes it was like someone had just popped my bladder with a pin and it would just gush out all over the toilet, the smell was horrendous and I was constantly washing my clothes and myself. These pills were a lifesaver for me and I started to notice a difference within a week of starting them at 1-2 a day. I've had no accidents since ( over a month now ) and can get a full night's sleep now, plus my life's not on hold any longer and I'm getting out of the house without worrying about if I wet myself! Obviously it's better to see your GP but if you're like me I'd definitely give these a try but they don't cure you over night!!!

Was advised by medical staff to purchase high dose cranberry supplements to prevent UTIs in January. Purchased these and so far they seem to be preventing any and it was a regular occurrence, as I suffer from kidney stones. I would recommend them.

Quite a large pill but not hard to swallow. Easy to use, no taste, no side effects. Was recommended to me for UTI. Not medication but supplements. Large container. You need to review the evidence to see if it's going to be useful for you.
