only copper that doesn’t hurt my stomach! with or without food. i’ve been taking for 6 months (lol) no sign in my copper increasing on my bloodwork but that’s because i *now know thanks to this pill* that i have an absorption issue. will continue taking while eating gf (

They are small ! Capsules and therefore easy to swallow. Copper is good for your body, but is highest in food one does not eat every day: Oysters, Lobsters, Organ meats dark chocolate and Shiitake mushrooms.

This is my 4th bottle. Use it since my ferritin and copper are low within the normal range. It is working. Easy to swallow.

llego en buen estado y rapido

Excelente producto, tienes que comer proteína animal para no vomitar, pero en las últimas 3 semanas el precio incrementó entre un 30 a un 50%, ¿qué pasó? Fue de tener un precio normal a uno completamente exagerado en 3 semanas. Hasta acá sonó el rugido de tripas. Si no bajan el precio vamos a tener que cambiar de marca.

I tried having a snack then having this and it just messed up my stomach. I threw up, multiple times. You need to eat a heavy meal before taking. Also, if its only one capsule per day, it would be better. Its just a lot of work to eat 2 heavy meals a day and to remember to take them.
