Q: Are these bags single use, or is it possible to reuse?

I don’t know if these bags can be reused but if I compare usage with sous-vide bags, SV bags are much thicker and in many cases I rigorously clean then reuse without issue whereas the dry ageing bags are much thinner and, in my case, after ageing beef for 30-40 days they smell. I tried cleaning one but gave up.

Its normal and is referred to many times on google, only an initial 80% plus contact is required with the meat. Shortly after the bag will allow air in the bag and will detach itself from the meat, this then allows the meat to dry. I know it sounds weird but it really does work and I am achieving great results drying smaller, under a Kg lomo and other dried charcuterie items. I hope that this helps

I would recommend a Foodsaver vacuum sealer. I’ve had one for 1 year and it performs better than my old Andrew James vacuum sealer, dry ageing bags included.

10 and yes the vac assist strip is included.
