Quite surprised that I didn’t gain a lb during holidays while taking this! (Big bottle too!)
I received a bottle twice as big as I expected! (Therefore the comparison to Parmesan cheese)I swore it has kept the extra holiday pounds away even after indulging in too many sweets/rum cake/alcoholic egg nog!🐷 I literally didn’t gain a lb!? No taste, easy to swallow and I really think it cuts down on appetite, especially at night. HUGE bottle! Great product!I will post again in a month after cutting out the sweets- and I bet it will help me loose lbs easier!

How many capsules would you need to equal two tablespoons of MCT oil?
These seem to contain the right percentages of C8 and C10. However, one capsule appears to contain 1 gram of oil. The oil I had been using had 14 grams per tablespoon if I am reading the label correctly (3000mg per three capsules). That would seem to indicate that to get the equivalent of one tablespoon, I would need to take 14 capsules. I'll probably use these when travelling to get a minimal MCT dose but I wouldn't suggest these as an alternative to the regular oil. This seems to be true of other capsules as well

Magic in a botttttllleeee
im not always great about eating Keto but I see so many benefits from introducing healthy fats into my diet so I usually add MCT oil to my coffee, but taking the capsules is just easier for when I’m on the go (which I am a lot!) and don’t have time to blend oil in my coffee or have to buy coffee out- whatever . I was asking a fellow Keto friend what all they have tried and he said these are the best MCT softgels he had tried so I’m excited! I know this is silly but the packaging is pretty so I don’t mind having it out too Haha

I love these capsules ! They are so easy to use - just drop into my AM coffee and stir - no mess !! I can take these soft gels with me wherever I go. Best of all is the way I feel ! These soft gels give me a sustained and steady source of energy throughout my low carb day unlike anything else I have tried . More energy with some weightloss !! Win Win !!! Very Pleased
I was shopping around for MCT oil and I had initially purchased another brand. I had been using it for a while be was starting to feel like it wasn't working for me. I found Bold Keto and read the reviews and opted to give it a try. I must say that I am pleasantly surprised at it's effectiveness. I have more energy, I have lost more weight, and I feel great. I didn't have the upset stomach feeling as I did with the other brand. This one is a keeper.

No difference to me
I started by taking 1 as suggested and it didn't mess up my stomach. So the next day I started taking 3 at a time. I haven't been able to tell any difference about my diet or energy. I was really expecting an energy burst but it just isn't helping with that. I will not buy this product again. I would actually prefer to return it and get my money back.

Great product and great value
Really like this MCT oil while on the Keto diet. The pills are slightly larger than I prefer, but not unusual for this type of pill. My husband and I have purchased this multiple times now and will continue to as we have not felt other brands have worked as well for us.
