Why didn't I do this sooner
OKAY this seems like it's a foo foo thing to be worried about but the fact that I was untwisting my phone cord at my desk daily was just crazy. I don't think that handset clip was meant to be undone but so many times in it's life. Heard about this by chance. Ordered TWO (one for my co-worker too) and haven't had to think about this crazy phone cord again. It's been months now and no problems. Not even a little bit. No brainer to install. No static. My phone works great. Will order more for the other 6 phones!

Perfect replacement for Avaya & Att Phones
Perfect replacement for all phones. Didn’t think I would use extensions but they work great. Wires are durable and no tangling. Well worth the price.

No more tangles!
These cords work great! Tangling is no longer an issue at all. The only problem is occasional static from the connection but it’s very minor. Definitely worth trying.

There’s a reason they are sold in a 2pk
I bought this to use at work because of the frequency that I use my phone. They work great for about a month and a half to 2 months. After that they start crackling and it sounds like you have a bad cord. Great concept, poor design.

Static in line
I used one of these and gave one to go worker. As far as the cord not tangling it works 100 percent. However, both of us experience static on our phone lines often. If you hold it still or push it back in when that happens it helps.

Excellent Product
The cord was completely twisted and useless before I inserted the detangler. I thought that my original cord would have to be replaced but, after inserting the detangler, there was no need. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who is tethered to a phone with a cord attached.

The pair of these should definitely last longer than 6 months
I purchased these in mid-October because the twisting phone cord at my work desk was driving me crazy. It worked perfectly...for about 4 months. It started cutting out if the cord wasn't perfectly straight where it plugs into the handset. Good thing I had a second one right? Well, that one lasted 2 months. I now have to hold the cord completely straight while talking on the phone or it cuts out. My phone cord at my last job lasted the entire 10 years that I worked there. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
