It works for my friend 100%. It works for me 90% of the time. What I do not like is that every time I order it does not come cold. The ice pack is melted. I paid to have it expedited and it still was not cold. They should use dry Ice order allow it to be overheated.

The product is good but it is supposed to be coming in a package to keep it cold. Instead it came in a package that when you opened was like an oven. That doesn't ruin the probiotics but shortens the life span and effectiveness.
