Juicer not as expected to much pulp coming out
This machine is incredibly loud. It sounds like it’s struggling even with softer ingredients. The juice comes out extremely thick and full of pulp. It feels more like a chunky smoothie than juice, which defeats the purpose of a centrifugal or masticating extractor. It struggles to process basic fruits and vegetables. Instead of extracting liquid, it leaves behind large chunks of unblended food. Save your money and look for a higher-quality model. This one is ineffective and frustrating to use. Do not buy.

Easy to clean!
Best juicer ever! This is better than my name brand one I have. Easy to take apart and clean.

Simple and easy to use
It’s not bulky, simple to use, easy to assemble/use. Used for a few weeks now and so far haven’t had to deal with any clogging and it produces the juice so quickly.

Not worth the Trouble
This juicer needs to be revamped it started out good! I got 3 16oz bottles of pineapple juice filled but after that all hell broke loose! This juicer couldn’t get through a pineapple and it started clogging up and the juice was stuck inside had to fight trying to unclog this juicer! It ruined my whole day trying to clean and pack it up to return it! I was mentally drained from this juicer! But give it a try you might get better results than I did good luck with that!

Love the Build, Juice Quality Lacking
This juicer isn't quite what I expected based on the reviews I read prior to purchase. While I LOVE the design and ease of functionality, the juice quality is NOT there for me. There is simply too much pulp, fruit/veggie particles, and foam for this to be a slow masticating juicer. I would expect some of this from a centrifugal machine, especially th foam but not with a SM unit. I waited for about a month to do a fair and honest review of the quality after using multiple fruits and veggies. I also tried a wide variety of juice blends, peeled and unpeeled, cut and uncut....all with the same result. Foam, to much pulp and particles that should have been juiced.
