Q: I just bought these bowls from Costco and just was wondering if they need to be stored in a cabinet or refrigerator?

I store them in the cupboard. Love them unfortunately my Costco doesn't carry them any longer

Q: What's the expiration date?

Each pack is subject to when it was packed. The ones I bought a few months ago expire in or are best by January 2020, so I got several months of shelf life.

Q: Would this rice work for making sweet sticky rice and mango?

No, this is not the same sweet sticky rice and mango. This is like the rice you would get at any Japanese or Korean restaurants. They are soft and gooey. You need Sweet Gluttinous rice and you need to cook them with coconut milk and sugar.
