Elite Gourmet 12-Cup Electric Coffee Percolator, 360 Swivel Base

If you like green to match your kitchen, this is the best! It is stainless steel, and a percolator, like the old fashioned style. Got this as a gift to replace an older black traditional model. This one has a power base, so when you are ready to brew, you can plug it in, and sit on the included base. There is an LED color button on the front, fill water, fill lines are inside, add coffee to included vessel, and hit the RED led button. When done brewing it turns BLUE so you can see if done from a good long distance away! I really like that! Take it off base to pour, and put back on base, and it will retain the warm temp for 2 hours, maintaining the LED color of done or ready for that time. Nice features, easy to use. Top sometimes is hard to push on, just jiggle the pot to move the vessel inside, and it snaps on. Nice so top will not just fall off when pouring! Mom loved the green color. I think you will too, green is a fade of 2 green shades dark to lite. I may get one for me. Makes up to 12 cups or less depends on how much water you put in it. Nice bright stainless steel inside. Plastic percolator clear top handle to see coffee percolating action. Neat!

UPDATE 2: Do not purchase this machine and I wouldn't buy anything from this company. After only three weeks (of malfunctioning by putting tons of grounds into the coffee) the machine no longer perks. Piece of garbage. The manufacturer refuses to acknowledge the problem when contacted by email or phone. UPDATED: There are just way too many grounds in this percolator. Literally every cup has grounds in it. At the bottom, after brewing, there must be a tablespoon of grounds. What I dislike is that the grounds internally spill over the metal insert where the coffee grounds are placed. You are also severely limited on how much coffee you can place in there too. The fill line seems too low. I use six heaping tablespoons for a full pot which I think is fairly standard. Grounds spill out while they are brewing and can be found after the coffee is poured. However the first cup you pour seems to have grounds as well. All the percolators I've owned have had a tiny amount of grounds or really maybe more like coffee dust at the bottom, but this percolator has way more than average. It's too bad because otherwise it is a good machine that makes a nice, quite hot pot of coffee. I like that the heating element turns off after two hours (although I always manually turn it off. I also like that you can pour the coffee without having the cord attached. Overall I'll keep using this but if you are bothered by grounds especially in the last cup of coffee, but also in the first then maybe try something else.

My favorite and best thing I ever bought off Amazon! This thing works great! I also bought the filter that goes with it . In my opinion there's nothing like a hot cup of coffee that comes from a perculator! Don't hesitate on this- Buy it! 😁

I love this percolator! It sits on top of an electric base for electric! I love percolators better than drip but the cords usually corrode at the plug in to the pot and burn up. This pots design eliminates that problem. It’s also a lovely color green! So much for this coffee maker. I have had it 5 months and the bottom heating plate has stopped working. I talked with the company who insured me they would send a new one. I never got it so I called back and they wanted me to take of video of what it’s doing. I threw the heating plate away when they said a new one was on its way. I dont know what a video would do, when the pot was placed on the heating plate nothing happened, no percolation.

In the beginning, I loved it. It made great coffee and it was pretty quick. Within the last week, it has started failing. The coffee has been leaked, it’s like it’s not getting as hot. For what I paid, I feel like it should’ve lasted longer. At least I did more research when I bought its replacement! :(

Didn't make as strong of Coffee as other perculators. I had to add almost double the Coffee to get the same strength as others I've used.

Love this old time look of this perculator. Makes excellent coffee and has that old time look!

UPDATE: The plastic knob on the lid corroded and broke after about only 6 months of use. First of all, the fact that it was plastic speaks to the quality of the product. However, what makes the situation worse is that when I wrote the company to order a replacement knob (in hopes they would just send one for free given that I hadn't even owned it for a year), they told me I can order a new one for $20.85 PLUS SHIPPING! Are you kidding me? The whole percolator costs $46! Are you telling me that the tiny plastic knob at the top (which happens to be critical to the function of the product) is worth almost half of the whole product. Garbage. Absolute garbage. I will never purchase from Elite Gourmet again. Terrible company. Original Review: I ordered this based on its appearance. It is kind of old timey looking and it reminds me of my grandma's kitchen. I like that. You can remove it from the base to fill/wash/pour coffee. I really like that. I've always had to plug in and unplug other percolators, and that wears the cord out pretty fast if you drink as much coffee as I do. Two things I don't like: 1. It only warms for two hours, and there is no way to turn the warmer back on without making a new pot of coffee. (This is actually kind of good, the auto shut off feature saves you from leaving it on for days.) and 2. You can't pick it up while it's brewing to pour a quick cup (this is problematic if you need your coffee right away). I've had this for a few months, and it still works. I've never had a percolator keep working after two years, so I'm excited to learn if this thing has what it takes.

Me encanta que no hay que estar conectando y desconectando, la base de carga se queda en su lugar. De buena calidad, prepara muy buen café. La tapa transparente permite ver el avance y eso me encanta, junto con el sonido burbujeante que produce al lanzar el agua hacia el filtro. Yo no necesité usar filtro, pero creo que es cuestión de gustos. Mantiene el café muy caliente 2 horas, eso es bueno si tomas varias tazas. Lo malo es que cunado sobra café y lo deja caliente, al final lo sirve muy concentrado.
