Minor cosmetic damage
Got it as a work laptop and it's great! No issues whatsoever, has some minor cosmetic damage but nothing affecting the performance. Battery is good, haven't checked the health but I've had it charged since Saturday and after heavy use I barely set it to charge Sunday so that's amazing. Good product and great price for what I need it to do.

Works good as expected
I'm no computer expert but it appears to work great as far as i can tell.

Overall cosmetically good but dusty.
Cosmetic condition was better than expected, windows 11 install was vanilla so no lenovo bloatware that’s a positive. After going through installation of updates and drivers, which will be required for 95% functionally (the touchpoint mouse wont work in windows 11) i noticed the machine was very hot and throttling. I did end up having to clean the dust from the system fan which is unfortunate for a “refurbished” device. Overall after getting everything sorted, cleaned, and updated everything is well. I purchased the “good” option to be fair but i would have expected a little more from a refurbished machine than a quick wipe down and a fresh windows install. Be advised when purchasing that a cleanup and cpu re-paste are probably going to need doing.

Exceeded Expectations
It's been 1 week today since I've received this laptop and, I could not be happier. The machine arrived a day early. After unpack and inspect, I began running diagnostics. Everything checked out as advertised and healthy. Even the battery is near 100%. Not sure if they replaced it as part of the refurb but it sure looks like they did. It took 2 days of running updates, both Lenovo and Windows, to get it up to current. I then loaded my software and have been using it daily. I am absolutely thrilled that I was able to acquire this business class machine at the price I paid. I have only good things to say about this refurbished Lenovo T14. I am way beyond happy with it! It's been a very good experience. The 30 day return provided the confidence to roll the dice in getting a refurb. The survival of vigorous testing provided the comfort level I was looking for. I am now on the other side and enjoying my new laptop.

Great buy!
I love this laptop! Nice thing is it is a commercial unit and keyboard is great. You also get a lighted keyboard. Battery life is fine. Why buy newer cheaper version? Bought a new unit and returned it for this one. I really can't tell this one was refurbished.

It’s good
It works just like I wanted it too. It came in with no damage or anything. I like the design of the laptop. And the battery life is way longer than my old lap top

Muy bueno para el precio
Funciona muy bien tal vez detalles esteticos pero para momentos como este donde los equipos solo suben de precio es una gran alternativa que durara almenos 2 años
