Are these fake or genuinely poor quality products.
Astonished with the complimentary reviews of this product. After wearing it on not more than 20 occassions, I noticed that the rubber sole had developed multiple tears on both. Given the price and the reputation the brand commands, I found this shocking. I wrote to the company in the US and they have not yet responded to my issue. I am sharing pics showing these tears and they are growing in size. So disappointed!

Great quality, waterproof, light and durable.
I love these shoes. They are waterproof, and light. I like that you can just pull them on and off and the grips are amazing In the snow and on ice. Best grip of any show I’ve ever worn. If I were to lose these I would immediately buy a replacement.
