Perfect addition to my morning coffee to help this vegetarian get more protein in her diet. The chocolate flavor is yummy and taking it post workout is really helping my muscles recover!

This is a standout in the world of protein shakes. It mixes smooth every time and is deeply chocolately. Sometimes, I mix it with other powders that have different nutritional profiles that don’t taste as good because it makes them easier to drink!

So i only ordered this once, bare this in mind as you read my review, i will likely order it again. It tastes really good for a plant based shake, im not vegan but i have lactose issues so i tend to go towards plant based - this is one of the better ones i've had flavor wise. It's not gritty though you definitly notice the grainy texture. -pairs well with powdered peanutbutter and other savory or sweet mixtures if you want to spruce it up as it has a pretty mild flavor overall in my oppinion, aswell as no real noticeable "green taste" -i only have 2 bad things to say about this product and i dont know that its the companies fault nessesarily However it took almost a month to get it which was very unfortunate for my particular circumstance at the time im keeping this in mind for next time however i cant verify it will happen a second time just yet. -Something else was i had a bug in my drink, i didnt notice it till i got a interesting crunchy bit which i thought was a unmixed clump but i noticed i was gnawing on a small bug carcass of some sort, now this doesent really bother me, its kind of the nature of any plant/agriculture product in a form like this and im not going to nessesarily blame the company for this one either, and lets be honest here we definitly eat a lot more of this then we realise, its just usually ground up and undetectable. so ill give them the benefit of the doubt for now as i dont see anyone else mentioning this yet. i give them the benifit of the doubt because i read a lot of really good expiriences and wholesome company/owner standards and the product is high quality despite this little guy that snuck in along the line somewhere which could have happened at any point, coulda even been my fault it was a one time thing.

It has a good flavor, easy to mix and it is healthy protein source.

It tastes great but it's very high in LEAD! Get the whey version or another brand. This one is only recommended for use once a week to avoid problems from the lead content. Bought on Dr. Stacy Sims rec and I hope she's now aware of the problem and no longer endorses this one.
