Foe years, olive oil producers and servers have relied on the fact that most Americans wouldn't know real olive oil if their lives depended on it. There's a whole documentary from the 1970s about this. So... what is one to do? Step 1: Join T.J. Robinson's Fresh Pressed Olive Oil Club. You WILL NOT be disappointed. Totally WORTH IT Step2: Try that club's olive oil for a few months Step 3: Try to find substitutes for the olive oil club when you run out of your quarterly supply - like I do Step 4: Buy this olive oil b/c it is excellent and it not a diluted fake! FYI, after joining T.J''s club and/or try this olive oil, you are not going to be able to endure 95% of the olive oil you are served when you dine out.
