It reminds me to get up and move if I’m sitting still to long. Only issue is I’m not sure it’s always accurate in regards to my heart rate, or the weather. But it dint take much time to realize that the hear rate readings are completely erroneous. We compared the readings against other reliable sensors and shocked to the discover huge error. I wonder how risk it would be to make health decision based on this erroneous readings. Certainly cant rely on this product and unfortunately can't even return or exchange.
